Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and strategic HR Business Partner who will bring people-oriented strategies to life through practical implementation. Acting as a trusted adviser to leadership, you will provide insightful, dynamic, and pragmatic support. This role requires close collaboration with business units to develop people strategies that foster superior performance, engagement, and growth, while nurturing a culture of inclusivity and high achievement. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will play a vital role in fostering the company19s growth agenda by effectively enabling business success through its people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure alignment between people strategies and organizational priorities.
  • Coach leaders on topics such as leadership development, team dynamics, and organizational structure.
  • Provide trusted counsel on complex personnel issues and critical decision-making.
  • Support efforts in workforce planning, talent mapping, and succession preparing.
  • Champion initiatives for organizational design and change to heighten agility and performance.
  • Evaluate team and organizational challenges, proposing actionable recommendations.
  • Lead or assist in performance management processes to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Contribute to talent development and retention tactics and endorse capability-building aligned with business needs.
  • Offer expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring equity and adherence to policies.
  • Advocate for a positive employee experience and a values-driven inclusive work environment.
  • Analyze employee engagement data and drive targeted improvements.
  • Support transformation programs and change management projects acting as an effective change agent.
  • Ensure smooth communication and stakeholder alignment during business changes.
  • Maintain HR policy consistency based on best practices and use data-driven insights to guide decisions and assess impacts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum five years of experience in a strategic HR position.
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to convert commercial needs into effective people strategies.
  • A proven track record in coaching and influencing across various functions.
  • Deep understanding of employee relations, employment legislation, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in leading or supporting organizational change and transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical abilities for utilizing data in decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High resilience, adaptability, and credibility in professional settings.

Education & Professional Credentials

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is preferred.
