About the Role
We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner based in the United Arab Emirates to collaborate with business leaders and employees, blending HR expertise with business objectives. This role emphasizes workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify workforce needs and align organizational priorities.
- Deliver strategic HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle and in people management.
- Assist with workforce planning, organizational structuring, and talent management strategies.
- Offer advice to managers on employee relations, performance management, and resolving workplace issues.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, talent mobility, and learning initiatives internally.
- Analyze employee engagement, retention, turnover, and emerging workforce trends.
- Utilize HR analytics to detect patterns and propose improvements.
- Lead performance management and succession planning efforts.
- Partner with HR teams on compensation, benefits, learning, and development programs.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across departments.
- Facilitate organizational change, restructuring, and transformation activities.
- Maintain robust relationships with employees, managers, and senior leadership.
- Generate HR reports and insights with actionable recommendations for management.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least three years' experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR management role is desirable.
- Deep understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and talent development.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in workforce planning and performance evaluation methods.
- Skilled at interpreting HR data to inform decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving, decisiveness, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with HR information systems and people analytics is a plus.
- Committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical integrity.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on combining business and people goals.
