Role Purpose and Scope

The HR Business Partner Manager role is responsible for embedding HR strategies into business operations while providing expert HR support and guidance to internal clients, with a focus on creating value for the business. This role requires general oversight of operational activities with authority over daily human resources functional operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage headcount and manpower costs in alignment with the approved annual budget.
  • Drive delivery of employee engagement plans and activities.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop quality performance documentation and ensure recruitment plans and Saudization compliance meet regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strategic alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives, proactively preventing misalignments.
  • Support HR activities relating to operations, rewards, payroll, talent management, and performance to foster a culture of engagement and high performance.
  • Provide responsive HR Business Partner services meeting associate needs.
  • Collaborate closely with line and functional managers to facilitate effective execution of HR strategies and change initiatives.
  • Promote a learning culture by communicating HR initiatives and continuously improving associate development.
  • Facilitate opportunities for career pathing and succession planning to ensure ongoing growth of staff.

Performance Metrics

  • Monthly reporting comparing actual versus budgeted metrics.
  • Completion percentage of planned action steps (accepted).
  • Quality level of submitted documentation.
  • Compliance with Saudization targets.

  • The role requires advanced expertise in performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and training methodologies.
  • This position directly impacts the efficiency of responding to associate HR requests and needs.
  • Work is performed within established HR policies and procedures.
  • The HR Business Partner Manager plays a strategic role aligning business and HR strategies, meeting Saudization plans, and developing succession frameworks.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial capacity within multinational firms.
  • Proven expertise in personnel management, resource oversight, process monitoring and implementation.
  • Skills in active learning, stress resilience, and effective problem-solving including deductive reasoning and problem sensitivity.
  • Deep understanding of various business functions along with strong leadership abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
