Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior leadership on people strategy within a designated business segment. This role involves guidance on organizational design, headcount management, and fostering healthy team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior executives on organization structuring, workforce planning, and maintaining team well-being
- Provide coaching to managers focusing on performance improvement, professional development, and navigating sensitive conversations
- Manage employee relations cases with empathy and diligence
- Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation processes
- Lead diversity, equity, inclusion, and culture initiatives within the business area
- Leverage people analytics to drive informed decision-making and highlight emerging trends
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as an HR business partner, preferably within technology or rapidly growing companies
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law and effective people management practices
- Proven experience advising senior leaders and managing organizational changes
- Comfortable working with HR data and interpreting talent insights
- Demonstrates excellent judgment, discretion, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive approach with structured coaching capability

- Outstanding verbal and written communication across various cultures and organizational levels
- Problem-solving orientation with a preference for taking initiative
