  • Collaborate closely with operational leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession strategies, and promoting internal career opportunities.
  • Partner with recruitment and HR teams to facilitate hiring, onboarding, employer branding, and represent the company at local employment events.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends such as retention challenges, absenteeism, and skills gaps, and advise on practical strategies to improve performance and decrease turnover.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in supporting production operatives, technicians, and operational leaders with a practical and visible HR approach.

  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
