- Work closely with recruitment teams to enhance interview participation rates and minimize candidate dropout rates.
- Compile and maintain daily recruitment performance reports and update internal recruitment tracking systems.
- Uphold professional representation of the company, providing a seamless experience to candidates during all interactions.
