About the Role
We invite dedicated and detail-focused individuals passionate about administrative accuracy and data-driven processes to join our team as a Benefits Associate. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role demands strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth administration of employee benefits and retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute employee benefits enrollment and updates accurately within internal platforms.
- Oversee retirement plan contributions, ensuring timely and correct payment processing.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between company systems and external vendor portals.
- Configure and maintain retirement plans and loan accounts efficiently.
- Conduct routine data validation and reconciliation tasks to uphold data integrity.
- Maintain current payment logs and operational records with up-to-date information.
- Address queries from internal teams and external clientele promptly and professionally.
- Participate in and support special projects and operational initiatives as required.
- Ensure seamless operational continuity during process transitions or exigencies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient English communication skills at intermediate to advanced level (B2–B2+).
- Keen attention to detail paired with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational abilities and administrative competence.
- Robust problem-solving aptitude and analytical thinking.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in process-oriented environments.
- Comfortable managing repetitive workflows and data verification processes.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong adherence to standard procedures and maintaining high data integrity.
Preferred Background
- Educational background in Administrative Sciences, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
- Experience ranging from 3 to 6 months in Benefits Administration, Customer Service, Administrative or Operations Support, or Back Office roles.
