About the Role
Khayira Holding Company is seeking a meticulous and well-organized HR Administrator to facilitate daily HR operations and promote efficient handling of employee processes. This position involves overseeing HR administration tasks, managing employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and collaborating with various internal departments as well as Saudi government platforms.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize precise employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Assist in onboarding and departure procedures by ensuring all necessary paperwork and steps are completed.
- Draft and manage HR-related documents including letters, contracts, and forms.
- Handle employee-related transactions, tracking approvals and required paperwork.
- Support HR activities related to Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem.
- Update and maintain HR databases, trackers, and employee profiles.
- Collaborate with departments concerning attendance, leaves, and employee data management.
- Facilitate communication with staff, managers, and outside service providers on HR issues.
- Aid in processing work permits, visas, Iqama, and employee transfers as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive HR documents.
- Compile HR reports and provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and Saudi labor laws.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience in HR administration or related functions.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and Saudi labor legislation.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, notably Excel and Word.
- Capability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, spoken and written.
