Organization Overview
Hyatt Place AlUla is preparing for launch as part of Hyatt’s growth in the region. The property will include 215 guest rooms along with two food and beverage venues, meeting areas, a swimming pool, and a fitness center designed to serve both leisure and business guests.
Role Summary
This position is focused on supporting employee housing activities and helping maintain a safe, orderly, and comfortable living setup for staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of housing operations.
- Help maintain required standards for cleanliness, upkeep, and safety.
- Manage room assignments and other accommodation arrangements.
- Respond to employee housing concerns and work toward quick resolutions.
- Track housing stock and monitor facility conditions.
- Follow housing rules, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has prior exposure to housing, accommodation, or administrative work, along with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities. You should be comfortable handling employee requests in a professional manner, maintain a strong eye for detail, and uphold operational standards. Excellent English communication is required.
Qualifications
Previous background in housing, accommodation, or administration is preferred.
