About the Role
Hyatt House Anchorage managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality is seeking a Houseperson to join their team. Key Responsibilities
The Houseperson is tasked with keeping designated hotel areas clean, orderly, and well-maintained to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both guests and staff. Duties include cleaning, replenishing supplies, servicing common areas, supporting housekeeping activities, and upholding the hotel's quality standards throughout all assigned zones.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent. Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality settings is advantageous. Essential skills include strong organization, clear communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Eligibility to obtain any relevant government or brand-mandated certifications or licenses is necessary. The position typically involves up to 40 hours weekly, with a schedule that may encompass nights, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime.
