Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Houseperson to become a valued member of our Housekeeping team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, organizing, and managing guest linens and supplies efficiently.
• Restocking service areas and housekeeping pantries to support Housekeeping Attendants.
• Assisting in delivering guest supplies directly to rooms, ensuring a personalized guest experience.
• Systematically completing assigned tasks room by room, prioritizing using initiative and guidance.
• Maintaining cleanliness in guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and trolleys to keep workspaces tidy and hazard-free.
• Executing duties safely and productively to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in customer service with strong communication skills and a passion for guest interaction.
• Capability to work effectively under pressure and possesses strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible to work evenings, rotating shifts, and public holidays.
• Must have the right to work in Australia, as sponsorship is not available.
