Job Overview

As a Houseperson, you will uphold the spirit of aloha while assisting guests in line with Outrigger's policies. Your primary responsibility is maintaining the cleanliness and safety standards of guest rooms and public spaces through physical work including heavy lifting and operation of cleaning machinery.

Responsibilities

• Represent the ‘Aloha’ spirit by providing courteous assistance to guests.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties in guest rooms and public areas to meet Outrigger’s cleanliness and safety standards.
• Handle physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting, use of heavy cleaning machines, and high-level cleaning.
• Adapt to flexible schedules, including varied days and shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong service-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Proficiency in English for communication purposes.
• Physical stamina and mobility to undertake demanding cleaning tasks.
