Overview

The position involves performing various housekeeping and cleaning duties at customers' homes, ensuring a professional and courteous attitude throughout. Both full-time and part-time engagements are available with local job assignments typically within a one-kilometer radius from the hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and general upkeep of the home environment.
• Kitchen and bathroom sanitation as per client specifications.
• Completion of assigned tasks following customer instructions.
• Maintaining professionalism and polite behavior during work.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants should be aged between 18 and 44 years.
• Open to freshers; prior housekeeping experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Possession of Aadhaar Card and PAN Card is mandatory.
• Ownership of a smartphone is required.

Training and Onboarding

• A training period spanning 3 days is provided.
• Work commences on the 4th day post training.
• Post training, candidates receive regular job orders within approximately 1 km of the assigned hub.

Compensation

• Monthly salary ranges based on working hours:
• 4 hours/day: ₹9,000 to ₹13,020
• 8 hours/day: ₹17,970 to ₹27,600
• 10 hours/day: ₹22,950 to ₹35,430
• 12 hours/day: ₹28,200 to ₹43,260
• Joining and training bonus up to ₹5,000 subject to applicable conditions.
