About the Role

Tara Maa Security Solutions Private Limited is seeking dedicated Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across various operational areas during the day shift in Kolkata, West Bengal. The position involves multiple specialized housekeeping functions ensuring compliance with standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team as Shift Supervisor by overseeing daily tasks, conducting pre-operation inspections, assigning duties, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and production supervisors to prioritize cleaning operations.
• Review and authorize daily cleaning logs and checklists for accuracy and completion.
• Manage the complete crate washing process including debris removal, washing, rinsing, sanitization with food-grade agents, and air drying of crates.
• Maintain and clean crate washing machinery at shift end to ensure operational readiness.
• Perform dry zone cleaning in mixing and raw material storage areas using HEPA-filter vacuums to remove flour and powder residues. Avoid water use to prevent paste formation and mold growth.
• Use color-coded tools to prevent cross-contamination between different cleaning zones.
• Operate ride-on floor scrubbers to clean warehouse aisles, storage spaces, loading docks, and main traffic corridors according to scheduled plans.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists diligently, ensuring supervisor review and signatures for compliance verification.

Compensation and Terms

The remuneration for this role ranges between INR 9,000 and INR 12,000 monthly.
