Housekeeping Staff

Role Overview

VK Enterprise is urgently seeking female housekeeping professionals to provide full-time home cleaning services at client locations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The position involves performing a variety of domestic cleaning tasks directly at the customers' residences.

Key Duties

• Performing dusting, sweeping, and mopping of various rooms.
• Cleaning utensils and kitchenware.
• Sanitizing bathrooms and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Assisting with chopping vegetables if required; however, cooking is not part of the responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly earnings range from ₹20,000 up to ₹45,000, depending on the workload and hours worked.
• Work involves traveling on foot to clients' homes (walker model).
• Initial three-day training provided before starting the role.
• Additional incentives are awarded for timely attendance and high-quality service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only, aged between 18 and 43 years.
• Basic ability to read and write Hindi or the local language.
• Possession of an Android smartphone is required.
• Familiarity with operating Google Maps to navigate to client locations.
• Must bring a physical copy of Aadhaar card during the interview.
• Candidates must be physically fit to perform cleaning duties.
• A strong focus on cleanliness and providing excellent service is essential.

Working Hours

Candidates can select from 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts according to their convenience.
