Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and ready guest rooms following the hotel’s premium boutique standards.
• Make beds neatly with approved linen to maintain an inviting look.
• Thoroughly disinfect bathrooms, including all fixtures and floors.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces, furniture, decor, switches, and high-touch points.
• Replenish room essentials such as towels, toiletries, drinking water, and tissue paper.
• Inspect rooms for stains, damages, maintenance issues, or missing items and promptly notify management.
• Maintain the aesthetic of the boho-themed décor, keeping furnishings clean and properly arranged.
• Clean and upkeep common areas including reception, corridors, lounges, stairways, and outdoor spaces as assigned.
• Handle used linen and laundry properly by sorting, counting, storing, and reporting shortages.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and chemical handling protocols.
• Protect guest privacy, hotel property, and confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with room inspections, early check-ins, late check-outs, and special cleaning tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure rooms are prepared timely, enhancing guest satisfaction.
