About the Role

Yogavasam Ventures invites applications for a hardworking and dependable individual to join their hospitality team in T. Nagar, Chennai. This full-time position encompasses dual responsibilities involving the daily housekeeping of two serviced apartments and approximately six hours of customer service or kitchen assistance at Daily Drip Café.

Key Responsibilities - Serviced Apartments / Airbnb

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of two serviced apartments.
• Manage changing bedsheets, towels, and coordinate laundry activities.
• Prepare apartments in readiness for guest arrivals.
• Assist guests during their check-in and check-out processes.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness meet high standards.
• Monitor stock of housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by upholding property standards.

Key Responsibilities - Daily Drip Café

• Support café customer service and kitchen tasks for about six hours each day.
• Greet customers and assist with order taking.
• Assist in basic food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining, and service areas.
• Provide assistance to the chef and café management as needed.
• Help with stock replenishment and daily operational tasks.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, serviced apartments, restaurants, or cafés is preferred.
• Basic communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Demonstrate honesty, punctuality, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
• Possess a friendly demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Exhibit strong attention to cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to acquire new skills and manage multiple duties.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹16,000 and ₹20,000, based on experience.
