Job description
Role Overview
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all cleanliness operations within the hotel premises. This includes managing the upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, and non-kitchen back-of-house areas, as well as directing laundry and dry-cleaning activities involving hotel linens, staff uniforms, and guest laundry.
Qualifications
Candidates should ideally possess a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. The role requires at least two years of experience in a similar position, such as Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager, particularly within a larger hotel operation. Essential skills include strong problem-solving abilities, administrative competence, and excellent interpersonal communication.
