Role Overview

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all housekeeping functions across the golf course, communal areas, and member amenities. This role demands a hands-on approach to ensure all locations maintain the premium standards synonymous with Discovery Dunes.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the full scope of housekeeping operations including public areas, member amenities, and back-of-house sections.
• Oversee laundry and linen services ensuring inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, and superior quality control.
• Lead the housekeeping team by providing training, scheduling, and daily performance oversight.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality audits to maintain service excellence.
• Control inventory management, monitor costs, and assist with budget tracking.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with Food & Beverage, Golf, Facilities, and Events departments to support operational goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Possess 5 to 8 years of solid experience in housekeeping with a minimum of 2 to 3 years in managerial or supervisory roles.
• Background in luxury hospitality, private club environments, or upscale residential communities is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrate strong leadership abilities complemented by excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to meticulous attention to detail with a passion for enhancing environment quality.
• Proven team player who excels in dynamic and collaborative work settings.
