Role Overview

• Manage daily assignment of rooms and special cleaning tasks for housekeeping staff.
• Track room status and update housekeeping management systems accordingly.
• Handle incoming communications, promptly dispatching housekeeping requests.
• Maintain cleaning supply, linen, and amenity inventories; assist with ordering.
• Compile and submit daily and monthly reports including productivity, lost and found, and room status.
• Support the training and guidance of housekeeping staff in operational procedures and systems.
• Address guest housekeeping requests and complaints swiftly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering departments to promote smooth operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in housekeeping, front office, or administrative roles, ideally within hospitality.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel management software such as Opera or Fidelio.
• Capable of multitasking effectively while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Strong team collaboration skills and a guest-focused service mindset.
