Position Overview

Due to growing business demands, we seek a Housekeeping Attendant at Novotel Ipswich, UK. This role involves full responsibility for assigned guest rooms to guarantee a pristine and comfortable environment, enhancing each guest's memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean allocated guestrooms adhering to set quality standards.
• Initiate personalized touches to enrich guest experiences.
• Respect guest privacy and safeguard belongings while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Ensure full flexibility by working weekdays and weekends on a rotation schedule, as the hotel operates 24/7.

Qualifications and Skills

• Warm, caring disposition; prior housekeeping experience is advantageous.
• Proactive approach with the ability to identify and meet guest needs professionally and courteously.
• Strong organizational abilities coupled with effective time management.
