Housekeeping Attendant

Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai, your main duty is to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas under supervision, strictly following hotel procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain daily assignments and keys, and prepare cleaning trolleys and required equipment to ensure timely and efficient work.
• Clean guest rooms thoroughly and restock room supplies per hotel performance standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies in bathrooms, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Organize and tidy guests' belongings respectfully while cleaning.
• Coordinate with Valet Service for guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing needs.
• Ensure corridors, service pantries, and back-of-house areas are clean and orderly.
• Notify the Engineering Department of any maintenance issues to support facility upkeep.
• Be attentive and courteous to guest needs while working in guest rooms and public spaces to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety regulations in line with the hotel's policies.
