Role Overview
This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and hotel corridors to the highest standards. The Housekeeping Attendant will deliver meticulous cleaning and upkeep, uphold a safe and orderly environment, and offer courteous customer service to hotel guests, ensuring their requests are addressed swiftly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean guest rooms and corridors to an exceptional standard.
- Provide professional and attentive customer service, responding promptly to guest requests.
- Ensure a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment for guests and hotel staff.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in housekeeping within a hotel environment.
- Good interpersonal abilities to interact with guests and colleagues effectively.
