About the Position

Hotel Luc, an elegant boutique hotel part of the Autograph Collection located in the heart of Berlin, is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Allrounder to join our team starting October 2026. The hotel features 75 rooms and 17 suites nearby iconic sights such as Gendarmenmarkt and the French Cathedral, blending Prussian style with modern comfort.

Role Overview

As a versatile member of the housekeeping team, you will be fundamental in ensuring all back-of-house operations run smoothly. Your duties include assisting with guest requests, organizing behind-the-scenes activities, replenishing minibars, preparing materials, and supporting your colleagues in daily tasks. You will perform end-of-day checks to confirm that all offices are neat, well-stocked, and ready for the next day’s start, playing a vital role in a successful housekeeping operation.
