Access guest rooms following established protocols to confirm vacancy and gain entry.
Restock guest amenities and room supplies.
Replace soiled linens and towels with fresh ones.
Make beds and fold towels neatly.
Sanitize bathrooms adhering to hotel hygiene standards, using proper chemicals and safety procedures.
Dispose of trash, dirty linens, and room service materials efficiently.
Verify presence and functionality of all room appliances.
Organize desk items, furniture, and appliances for tidiness.
Clean walls and furnishings by dusting, polishing, and removing marks.
Vacuum carpets and perform floor maintenance tasks within guest rooms and halls.
Thoroughly clean assigned rooms within a 27-minute timeframe each.
Address room service requests promptly: within 8 minutes for general requests and not more than 15 minutes for full-service requests.

Welcome guests politely, meeting company service standards.
Proactively recognize and assist guest needs, including support for disabled individuals, and express genuine gratitude to guests.
Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives.
Adhere strictly to company safety and security policies.
Report any hazards, maintenance issues, accidents, or injuries promptly.
Complete all required safety training and certifications; handle and store flammable items properly.
Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance.

Ensure compliance with quality standards consistently.
Prepare rooms based on daily assignment lists following company guidelines.
Lift, carry, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 25 pounds independently.
