Housekeeper

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at Lime Tree Village, taking care of both residents' homes and communal areas. This full-time role involves working 37.5 hours weekly, generally between 8am and 4pm, providing essential support with a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular cleaning duties within residents' apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various surfaces.
• Carefully launder residents' linens and clothes, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentability of shared spaces such as lounges, dining rooms, and corridors.
• Support light maintenance tasks as required to help the smooth operation of the village.
• Consistently uphold stringent hygiene and cleanliness standards across the community.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous housekeeping experience is essential, ideally within residential or hospitality sectors.
• Strong focus on detail and the ability to work autonomously while managing time effectively.
• Good communication abilities combined with a friendly, empathetic nature.
• Attentiveness to the unique needs and preferences of older adults.
• Preparedness to undergo background checks and participate in any necessary training programs.
