Housekeeper

About the Role

Kotarides Property Management, based in Suffolk, Virginia, is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and appeal of apartments, models, clubhouse, and the surrounding grounds as part of their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties at the leasing office, clubhouse, and restrooms.
• Ensure prompt cleaning and turnover of vacant apartments as assigned by the Property Manager.
• Regularly inspect the property grounds to pick up litter and remove debris, maintaining overall tidiness.
• Manage the care, upkeep, and inventory control of all community-owned supplies and equipment.
• Maintain courteous and professional interactions with residents, fostering positive community relations.
• Follow safety protocols adhering to OSHA standards and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in cleaning, with a preference for residential cleaning background.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of $19.00.
