Job description
Position Overview
The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety within the facility including sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces such as water fountains, furniture, light fixtures, and woodwork, running vacuums, shampooing carpets, collecting garbage, cleaning windows and walls, and assisting with linen room stocking.
Tasks must be completed within designated time frames while adhering to environmental service compliance checklists. The role includes ensuring all building equipment and premises provide a safe, clean environment in compliance with The Joint Commission, state, and local standards.
Mandatory overtime may be required as per job needs. Employment is contingent on successfully passing chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screenings. Employees may also be subject to further drug and alcohol testing based on agency policies. The workplace is tobacco-free, and candidates must successfully clear a background check prior to employment.
