Key Duties

• Greet guests warmly to create a home-like atmosphere throughout their visit.
• Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned thoroughly and well-maintained.
• Support the smooth operation of front-of-house services by keeping areas tidy.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance housekeeping skills, with support provided for those new to the role.
