Position Summary

The Housekeeper position is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas through tasks like dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms and common spaces. Daily duties might also entail making beds, changing linens, managing laundry, organizing rooms and storage, and replenishing supplies. The role requires adherence to cleaning protocols, maintenance reporting, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the housekeeper will professionally engage with residents, guests, or colleagues to address requests and maintain a comfortable environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in laundry tasks and essential housekeeping methods including cleaning, sanitizing, and linen management.
• Effective communication and customer service capabilities to interact suitably with residents, guests, and team members.
• Organizational skills to oversee cleaning schedules, prioritize tasks, and keep supplies and equipment orderly.
• Ability to assimilate instructions, learn new procedures, and assist in training new personnel when necessary.
• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality within residential, hotel, or commercial contexts is advantageous.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for prolonged periods during daily activities.
