About Le Café LPM
Le Café LPM represents a neighbourhood café blending the French Riviera spirit with everyday urban life. The café offers all-day dining with a focus on simplicity, quality, and consistent brand presence. While Dubai is soon launching its location, additional branches are being planned, creating dynamic growth opportunities.
Role Overview
The housekeeper is responsible for ensuring every area of Le Café LPM is impeccably clean, safe, and styled according to brand standards. Duties cover all spaces including the dining area, restrooms, entrances, and back-of-house. This role offers meaningful growth alongside the expansion of the brand.
Key Responsibilities and Impact
- Meticulously clean and maintain all surfaces, fixtures, and spaces to meet Le Café LPM’s high standards.
- Consistently show up and fulfill duties reliably, becoming a trustworthy member of the team.
- Maintain a service-oriented mindset, understanding cleanliness as a crucial part of the guest experience.
- Promptly and discreetly handle spills and cleaning needs during service, escalating any unusual issues to management immediately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality is advantageous.
- A positive and dependable attitude combined with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory to communicate effectively.
