Role Overview

We are seeking a Housekeeper dedicated to maintaining the impeccable cleanliness and service standards that define AIRE. This role revolves around ensuring an immaculate, inviting environment particularly within the locker rooms, providing excellent client care, and supporting the overall guest experience from arrival through departure. The Housekeeper will also be responsible for laundry management, supply upkeep, and collaborating with the team to uphold the highest facility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and overseeing their comfort in the changing areas, providing any necessary products and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Responding professionally to guest inquiries or concerns to enhance their visit.
• Maintaining company standards in appearance, communication, and conduct as set by AIRE grooming policies.
• Cleaning and sanitizing locker rooms, showers, sinks, toilets, mirrors, and other common spaces meticulously and promptly addressing any repair needs.
• Refilling toiletries and hygiene products, keeping all supplies orderly and accessible.
• Properly removing trash, replacing liners, and ensuring sanitary disposal areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining floors—especially delicate surfaces like marble and tile—ensuring dryness and safety to prevent hazards.
• Collecting used towels for laundering and restocking fresh towels with neat arrangements.
• Regularly wiping down lockers, benches, and other surfaces to remove dust, fingerprints, and smudges.
• Adhering strictly to health and safety policies to guarantee a hygienic and secure environment.
• Monitoring locker room areas to ensure guest privacy, security, and a tranquil atmosphere.
• Communicating effectively and professionally with team members and management to address guest needs and facilitate smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or fitness center environments is advantageous.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and comportment.
• Highly detail-conscious with strong organizational skills.
• Physically capable of standing for extended durations and lifting weights up to 40 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of $23.
