Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive housekeeping duties to preserve the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, furnishings, equipment, and grounds
• Adhere strictly to established cleaning guidelines and quality assurance protocols
• Maintain assigned cleaning schedules and ensure thoroughness
• Coordinate terminal and routine isolation cleaning procedures in partnership with Nursing Services
• Follow safety policies rigorously and report any unsafe conditions or equipment to supervisory personnel promptly
• Respect residents’ personal and property rights at all times
• Submit complaints or grievances to supervisory staff in an expedient manner

Qualifications and Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of safe and effective housekeeping practices, particularly within the regulatory framework of Indiana
• Demonstrate teamwork and willingness to collaborate with other departments
• Possession of a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory
