Job description
Role Overview
House Parents are entrusted with creating a secure, organized, and nurturing atmosphere within student residences housing children from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities
- Exemplify positive conduct to students.
- Provide homework assistance and facilitate engaging activities.
- Support students' academic progress as well as their social and emotional growth.
- Work collaboratively with school personnel to maintain a supportive residential environment.
