Role Overview

We are urgently hiring full-time house cleaners/maids who desire a rewarding and stable career with no prior experience needed. Work Schedule and Compensation

• The position involves working Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until the cleaning route is completed.
• No night shifts, weekend duties, or holiday work required.
• Hourly pay ranges from $15 to $20 plus additional tips.
• The employer covers all cleaning supplies and equipment costs.
• Additional incentives include mileage reimbursement, weekly bonuses, awards, and a unique Pay for Performance Plan.
• PTO eligibility begins after six months of employment.
• Dental, vision, and insurance benefits are provided through the employer.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with their own vehicle.
• A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for providing excellent service to clients are essential.
• An acute attention to detail ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• Motivation to grow professionally with leadership potential, as the company is expanding.
• Experience in related fields such as home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiting tables, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
