About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle telephone inquiries and reservation requests promptly, maintaining a high-level standard of customer service according to company policies.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of all hotel services and facilities to assist customers effectively.
- Confirm reservation details in writing, including hotel terms and conditions, to clients.
- Support revenue, reception, meetings, and events departments to enhance and maximize hotel sales.
- Ensure smooth shift operations and compliance with company standards during working hours.
- Assist in creating yield reports, daily updates for head office, revenue reports, and monitor daily room rates and reservations data.
- Maintain reservation filing systems, rate files, and tour operator records diligently.
- Maximize daily room sales by confirming arrivals for the next day aiming for full occupancy.
- Provide exceptional guest care with personalized attention, anticipating needs and supporting frontline teams as necessary.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position with set shifts Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday.
