Role Overview
This onsite full-time position as a Hotel Receptionist at Radisson Blu in At Tahliyah District, Eastern Saudi Arabia, involves warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and delivering prompt and courteous front desk assistance. The receptionist will coordinate room bookings and modifications, handle incoming phone calls professionally, respond to guest inquiries, facilitate communication with other hotel departments, and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities also include processing payments, maintaining accurate guest records, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism. Maintaining Radisson Blu's service standards and a polished reception area is critical to fostering a positive guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, focused on guest hospitality and courteous service delivery.
- Previous experience performing receptionist duties such as check-in/out, front desk management, and clerical tasks.
- Understanding of reservation procedures, room assignments, and booking software.
- Professional telephone manner with confidence managing calls and guest requests.
- Strong spoken and written communication abilities.
- Hospitality or customer service experience is highly advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is beneficial.
- Completion of high school education or its equivalent; additional hospitality training preferred.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
