Job Overview

The Hotel Manager will oversee the daily functioning of the hotel including key departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations across various departments to maintain service excellence.
• Uphold and enhance guest satisfaction by delivering superior quality and personalized service.
• Lead and train hotel staff, delegate responsibilities effectively, and monitor performance.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns in a professional manner.
• Track and control room occupancy rates, revenue, and cost expenditures to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee prompt delivery of necessary hotel materials and supplies.
• Ensure the hotel maintains stringent standards of cleanliness, safety protocols, hygiene, and overall service.
• Generate operational reports regularly to assess performance and support decision-making.
• Maintain strict compliance with internal hotel policies and all relevant legal and regulatory guidelines.
