Hotel Manager

Overview

We are actively seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations at a hotel in Doha, Qatar. This full-time role requires strong leadership to guarantee exceptional guest experiences and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage daily hotel activities ensuring smooth functioning across departments.
• Lead, inspire, and supervise hotel staff and various departmental teams to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring high service standards.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency and performance metrics.
• Address guest issues promptly and professionally to resolve complaints.
• Oversee budgeting processes, control costs, and meet operational financial targets.
• Guarantee compliance with hotel policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate coordination among multiple departments to guarantee seamless operations.

Requirements

• Possess 5 to 10 years of pertinent experience in hotel or hospitality management roles.
• Candidates must hold an Arab nationality.
• Previous leadership or managerial exposure in hotel settings.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and capable team management skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities combined with effective problem-solving aptitude.
• Thorough familiarity with hotel operational procedures and guest service expectations.
• Capacity to perform effectively under pressure in dynamic and fast-moving work environments.
• Prior experience in Qatar or the Gulf Cooperation Council region is viewed favorably.
