About the Role
The Hotel Cleanliness Expert plays a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable standards of hospitality upheld by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. This non-management position requires expertise in various housekeeping duties to ensure that the entire hotel remains pristine and welcoming. Responsibilities include responding promptly to guest requests, restocking housekeeping carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and other related housekeeping tasks. Being active and physically capable is essential, as the role involves prolonged standing, walking, and manual handling of objects weighing up to 22.7 kilograms (50 pounds) without assistance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the hotel's cleanliness and appearance to create a superior guest experience.
- Attend to guest requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage housekeeping supplies by restocking trolleys as needed.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public spaces to high standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy objects safely and independently.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety guidelines, company policies, and confidentiality requirements.
- Present a professional image through uniform, personal grooming, and communication.
Requirements
- Ability to remain on feet and move around for extended periods.
- Physical strength to handle manual tasks involving weights of up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs).
- Commitment to following all safety procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
- Professional conduct in appearance and communication.
- Willingness to perform any other reasonable duties as assigned.
Additional Information
Location: Ummahat Islands 2-3, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia (on-site).
This position is not remote and is full-time.
