Position Overview

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you play a vital role in delivering not just a tidy room or freshly made bed but creating a memorable and distinctive guest experience. You will be entrusted with a variety of housekeeping duties, ensuring the entire hotel's appearance and cleanliness is maintained to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stock housekeeping carts adequately for smooth operations.
• Clean guest rooms and public areas thoroughly to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a professional and safe workplace environment, complying with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of personal appearance and communication.
• Engage actively in physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds without assistance), pushing, pulling, and moving objects to complete assigned duties.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The role requires being on your feet for extended periods and involves physical activities essential for ensuring guests’ spaces meet Sheraton’s hospitality standards.
