Overview
The role of a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts involves more than just maintaining clean rooms. The position focuses on creating a unique and memorable guest experience through meticulous housekeeping and care of all hotel areas. The expert is authorized to move within their assigned spaces to execute tasks like fulfilling guest requests, stocking supplies, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, ensuring all spaces meet the hotel's standards for cleanliness and appearance.
Responsibilities
- Uphold safety standards in the workplace and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and the hotel's quality standards consistently.
- Present a professional image through proper uniform, personal grooming, and communication.
- Perform physical tasks requiring standing, walking, sitting for long periods, and handling objects up to 50 pounds without help.
- Carry out various housekeeping duties and other reasonable tasks as needed to ensure a positive guest experience.
