Role Overview
The position of Hotel Cleanliness Expert involves more than simply providing guests with a clean room and freshly made bed. This role is central to constructing a unique and memorable experience for guests by ensuring the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel is maintained to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of cleaning duties, including guest room and common area cleaning.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain and replenish cleaning carts and supplies.
- Engage in physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking extended periods, and moving or handling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Adhere strictly to company guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Follow all company procedures and confidentiality requirements.
- Maintain quality standards consistently.
- Be empowered to take initiative and complete reasonable tasks as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
