Position Overview

At Aloft Hotels, the role goes beyond merely providing guests with a clean room and a freshly made bed. The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is vital in creating a memorable and distinctive guest experience by ensuring the hotel's entire environment is impeccably maintained. This position involves diverse housekeeping responsibilities, including cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, restocking supplies, and fulfilling guest requests.

Key Duties

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness throughout the hotel premises.
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stock housekeeping carts adequately for daily operations.
• Clean rooms as well as common areas in the hotel to uphold standards.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform hands-on physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ensure professional appearance by following uniform and grooming standards.
• Keep confidentiality and quality standards at the highest level during all tasks.
