Position Overview

This role involves more than just maintaining clean rooms and fresh beds; it focuses on creating a distinctive and memorable guest experience. The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for a broad range of housekeeping duties, ensuring the entire hotel's appearance and cleanliness meet high standards. Empowered to act within their area, they handle guest requests, replenish cleaning carts, tidy rooms and public areas, and other related tasks that contribute to guests' positive experience.

Job Responsibilities

The expert is expected to uphold a safe working environment, adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, protect confidentiality, maintain quality standards, and present a professional appearance through uniform and communication. The role requires physical stamina, including standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods and manual handling of objects weighing up to 50 pounds without help.
