The hotel features 147 rooms and suites designed for comfort and style, alongside wellness amenities such as an indoor pool, fitness center, spa services, and versatile dining options that cater to business and leisure visitors alike.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests warmly while maintaining professional hospitality standards.
• Efficiently handle reservations, waiting lists, and assign tables with accuracy.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
• Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
• Promptly address guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with attentive solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in restaurant entrances, host stations, and dining areas.
• Keep up-to-date with menu items and actively promote offerings for enhanced guest interaction.
• Adhere to grooming, uniform, and hotel policy standards consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in a hosting or guest-service role, preferably within hotels or restaurants.
• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent; possessing hospitality qualifications is advantageous.
• Excellent communication abilities with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced and pressure-filled environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
