Overview
Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a dedicated Hostess / Cashier to ensure an exceptional and uniform customer service experience within the hotel's restaurants and Food & Beverage outlets. This role involves greeting guests warmly, managing outlet inventories efficiently, and supporting service personnel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests arriving at the hotel's dining areas.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels for the outlet effectively.
- Provide operational assistance to the service team whenever the situation demands.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, preferably.
- At least two years of practical experience working in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service orientation paired with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
