Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Hostess position based in Jeddah is pivotal in ensuring seamless guest reception and dining operations. Responsibilities encompass welcoming guests, managing the waitlist, overseeing reservation systems, and coordinating seating to maintain an efficient dining flow. The Hostess also communicates with guests via phone, supports the service team, handles inquiries, and upholds high hospitality standards to create a welcoming and organized front-of-house atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to engage positively with guests and colleagues.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in hospitality or restaurant front-of-house roles.
• Strong communication skills coupled with professional telephone etiquette for managing bookings and guest interactions.
• Familiarity with reservation platforms and managing seating arrangements including waitlists.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure environments along with problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Adherence to professional grooming and company presentation standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Basic proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a desirable advantage.
