About the Role
At Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, the Hostess is tasked with delivering a consistently excellent level of customer service to guests within the hotel’s dining establishments. This role includes greeting and welcoming guests to the restaurant, managing the outlet's inventory, and providing support to the service staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly receive and assist guests in the hotel restaurants.
- Maintain and manage inventory for the restaurant outlet.
- Offer assistance to service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
- A minimum of two years' experience working in hotel operations is required.
- Strong customer service aptitude alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 standards is considered a beneficial addition.
