Role Overview
We are looking for Front Desk Hosts to join our reception team at Point A Parnell. The primary responsibility is to guarantee that every guest’s visit is memorable and exceptional.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Deliver outstanding customer service with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Perform end-of-shift audits and cash reconciliations accurately.
- Collaborate and support various hotel teams, ensuring smooth shift transitions.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Maintain a positive outlook and strong motivation.
- Show eagerness for personal development and growth.
- Exhibit kindness, honesty, and genuine care for the local community.
- Possess solid understanding of the hospitality industry and strive for excellence.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be able to travel to hotel locations.
